Walking, tracked and shared
Walking is central to living well with PAD, but it is hard to stick with alone. We built an app that turns each walk into progress along a shared route, so every member is contributing to the same 60,000-mile community journey.
Alongside the challenge, members follow the association's walking program, log vitals, and track smoking reduction. We handled the build, the doctor-facing portal, the App Store release, and the graphic design that goes with it.
What we built
- Native mobile app design and build
- App Store deployment and release management
- Doctor-facing portal for clinician access
- Phone step tracking and health data sync
- Graphic design and App Store creative
Inside the app
Five screens, one habit

Walking program
The association's walking program, with today's session and its target front and center.

One-tap start
Today's walk, the 6-minute test, and progress so far, all from a single screen.

Circulation Challenge
One shared route for every walker: 39 checkpoints along a drop of blood's journey through the circulatory system.

Smoking tracker
Daily counts against a personal goal, plus trigger tagging so patterns become visible.

Health vitals
Blood pressure, weight, and glucose logging with unit switching, kept in one place.
